immaculate place to stay with great internet. the restaurant was great & staff was personable. there was plenty of cheap options for continental breakfast. you could walk to shopping centres and supermarket. quick check-in and polite customer service.

The location was very convenient, the room was very clean with a splendid view. Hotel located near to a shopping mall and a supermarket. Also, castillo was max 20 minutes walk to. Moreover, free Wi Fi was very useful.

Great location, free parking, POLITE personnel. Aguacatala subway station was very close to the property. We really enjoyed the view on the mountains from our room. Superb service too.

There is also centro comercial santafe right by this hotel. Taste the food in Pizza a la lena, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it. We enjoyed staying at porton medellin. El Poblado neighborhood was worth exploring...
